Follow the steps below:
Sign in to the parent portal admin.
Click Account Manager.
Search for the relevant parent account.
To delete the entire parent account, click Delete.
Alternatively, click into the relevant parent account and change the individual preference status for an application to LA has received the application.
📌Note: This will exempt the application from being imported into Synergy in future EDEM downloads.
