If you're receiving this error, you'll need to activate the module within the Environment Manager in the Synergy Client application.

You will find your Case Management instance listed with a yellow warning triangle.

  1. Select the environment.

  2. Click the authorise shield at the top of the client.

  3. Click the refresh button to ensure that the warning icon has disappeared.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you don't have access or permissions to the Environment Manager, contact a member of your team who does.

⚠️Important: It can take some time for the module to Authorise, but if it is taking longer than 15 minutes or the warning icon isn't disappearing, you will need further support.
