If you're receiving this error, you'll need to activate the module within the Environment Manager in the Synergy Client application.

You will find your Case Management instance listed with a yellow warning triangle.
Select the environment.
Click the authorise shield at the top of the client.
Click the refresh button to ensure that the warning icon has disappeared.
πNote: If you don't have access or permissions to the Environment Manager, contact a member of your team who does.
β οΈImportant: It can take some time for the module to Authorise, but if it is taking longer than 15 minutes or the warning icon isn't disappearing, you will need further support.
