To access the Synergy API, you need to create a user, then grant them permissions to the Synergy API security group.
Create your user
To get started, follow these simple steps.
Open the Synergy client, then click Security Manager.
Click Users, then click Add New User.
Create the user type Password, the populate the mandatory fields.
Click Save, then click Security Groups.
On the left list, select the group you want to edit, or click Add to create a new group.
Right-click the security group, then click Edit Members.
Find and select your new user, then click Close.
Within the Security Items list, expand Shared Security.
In the Application Programming interface, select or clear the levels to change the required access.
When you're finished, click Save.
