You can find the Case Status and Court Outcome within the Lookup Editor in System Manager.
Locate the case status
Follow these steps to locate your case status.
Go to System Manager.
Select Lookup Editor.
Click Core Case Management.
Click Substance Outcomes.
Locate the court outcome
Follow these steps to locate the court outcome.
Go to System Manager.
Select Lookup Editor.
Select Education Support.
Click Attendance Monitoring.
Click Case Status.
When you have located it, you can add your descriptions, which will then be available to select within the dropdown in Synergy Case Management when saving.
