Pupil Support Service: Include children on the AP Census export

The information below explains a little about how the AP Census works off a user-defined field (UDF). The UDF is a way of telling the system which children were at an Alternative Provision on census day.

A UDF can be set up within the lookup UDFS (Pupil) located within:

  1. System Manager.

  2. Options.

  3. Lookup Editor.

Once saved, the UDF can be added to a child within the UDFS tab.
