Please follow the steps below;

  1. In FSMB, go to Family, and click the Q icon in the toolbar to do a new query.

  2. Enter any search criteria you want to narrow down the list of families to batch check.

  3. Click the ECS icon in the toolbar.

  4. Using the radio buttons, select the ECS Check Type of FSMB or EY, and then click OK.

πŸ“ŒNote: The Batch Status will update to indicate whether the batch has been submitted successfully or not.

The window will update with the number of records processed, invalid records and records not sent to the ECS, and the number of records processed.

The batch is now with the ECS for processing.

To update the ECS status on the family records, the results of the batch must be fetched once processing is finished.

  1. From the main menu, select Admin, then Fetch Batch ECS.

  2. Submitted batches will be shown within the grid on this screen.

  3. Select the batch by clicking into the check box in the Select Batch column.

  4. Click Fetch Batch Results.

⚠️Important: If a batch has not yet been fully processed or the batch has a status other than successfully processed, the status description will update accordingly.

If the status initially changes to Pending - batch has been submitted and is awaiting processing, or In Progress - batch is being processed, you must wait a few minutes and then attempt to fetch the batch again.

Batches that have been successfully returned and processed fully by the ECS Service will be removed from the grid, meaning no further action is necessary.

When batch results are retrieved and provided, the batch has been fully processed by ECS, and records are then updated in line with the settings defined in the ECS Matrix and the FSM Matrix.
