The validation error will occur if SysTalk tries to add a date as the address start date, but the start date on the current address on the pupil record is older than the specified date. To resolve the error, you must edit the Address Start Date in SysTalk to a newer date.
If you're receiving this validation error, please check the following information:
In the Data Cleaner in SysTalk, on the address which has this error, check what is filled in as the Address Start Date.
Load up the pupil in one of the other Synergy Modules - Admissions, PSS, SEN, FIS or iDEAR.
Click the Personal Details tab and the MDA Address sub-tab.
Check the From date on the current address.
