If you're seeing this error, it's likely an issue with your round setup.
To check your settings, follow these simple steps.
Open Admissions, then click Admin.
Click Admissions Rounds, then double-click the relevant round.
Click the Nearest Schools tab, then check your selections for the 2 Tier Area and No Tier System Applicable options.
For all schools to be included in the nearest school search, ensure you select all options.
Double-check if you have selected Allow schools outside catchment area.
If you don't have the outside catchment area option selected, and there's a catchment school on the pupil's record, it'll only use the catchment school as the nearest school.
