The information below will help explain how SAM users can be unable to rank due to the ranking deadline having passed or the round being marked as 'Allow School to view Final Allocations'.
To resolve, review the round setup:
Open Admissions within the Synergy Client.
Select Admin, then Admissions Rounds.
Open the round and select the SAM tab.
Check that the dates specified are appropriately set and 'Allow School to view Final Allocations' is unticked.
Save by pressing the Green tick, then the Save icon.
Another area to check is the permissions configured against the security group the SAM user is a member.
Open Security Manager, then Security Groups.
Select the user group the user is a member of and review the permissions ticked within the section Synergy Web, School Access Module.
