The waiting list options within SAM become visible to a SAM user only when the appropriate set of dates is specified.
Open Admissions within the Synergy Client.
Navigate to Admin, Admissions Rounds and open the affected round
Select the SAM tab.
Could you make sure the Round Annual Ranking Deadline for Schools date has passed, and the WL Annual Deadline ends in the future.
Save by clicking the Green tick.
Log in to SAM, and the waiting list options should now be available.
