To get the leavers' report to appear within SAM, you need to adjust the Round within Synergy Client.
Navigate to Synergy Client and follow the steps below/
Click Admissions, Admin, Admissions Rounds.
Double-check the round, then click the SAM tab.
Select Allow Current Schools to view the Leavers List.
Click the green tick and save the round.
To view the changes. sign out of SAM and then log back in again. Within the Round summary, you should see View leaver as an option.
📌Note: Ensure the child has been marked/ticked on Synergy to include in the Leavers Report.
