Child not visible on SAM view leavers list

In this article, we will explain how to find out why a child who has applied is not visible in SAM.

Please follow these steps below:

1. Open up Synergy Client.
2. Go to Admissions.
3. Select Admin, then select Admission Rounds.​
4. Select the relevant round for the child.​
5. Go to the SAM Tab.​
6. Please tick the box "Allow Current School to View Leavers List".​
7. Save and re-open SAM on the browser.


This should resolve the issue of the child not appearing within SAM.
