Please follow these steps below:
1. Open up Synergy Client.
2. Go to Admissions.
3. Select Admin, then select Admission Rounds.
4. Select the relevant round for the child.
5. Go to the SAM Tab.
6. Please tick the box "Allow Current School to View Leavers List".
7. Save and re-open SAM on the browser.
This should resolve the issue of the child not appearing within SAM.
