When you're adding a preference to a child or address matching, you may see this error.

This issue normally arises due to catchment areas not matching your catchment files. To start checking, follow these simple steps.
Click Admin, then click Admissions Round.
Open the round, then click the Catchment Areas tab.
Ensure the spelling and casing of your catchment areas match your catchment files. If you use religion catchment areas, ensure these match too.
