If you're receiving a data age error during your address matching process, you'll need to update your AD.DAT file on your application and web servers if you have Parent Portal and Synergy Web.
To get started, follow these simple steps.
Download the new AD.DAT file from the secure link provided in your release email.
Locate the current location of your AD.DAT file on your application server.
Copy the new AD.DAT file from your download folder to the folder containing your existing file.
When prompted, click Replace the file in the destination.
