Case Management: Work tray family centre bookings

You can view and approve Family Centre booking requests from the Synergy Web Parent Portal in the Work Tray. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Work Tray, click Family Centre Bookings.​

  2. Click the relevant booking, then click Approve.

Unmatched records

If a person's record isn't matched, before you can approve the request, you need to either match them with an existing record or create a new one.

  1. Under the relevant record, click Match.​

  2. To check for duplicate records, click Check.​

  3. If you see a duplicate record, click Use for match.

  4. Alternatively, to create a new record, click Create New Person.


Approve or reject requests

Once you match all records, you need to approve or reject the booking request.

  1. Select the Invited and Booked check boxes.​

  2. Click Approve or Reject as required.

πŸ“ŒNote: For approved requests, the person's details are copied to the corresponding Session Participants list in the Family Centre Session and removed from the Work Tray.

πŸ€“Tip: To search for parents or carers whose booking request is rejected, use the Advanced Person Search with the Reject check box selected.
