Error 'Too many matches found'

The current issue happens to users when they are logging into Synergy and going through the following steps:

  • Select Admissions.

  • Click into the child record.

  • Double-click on where the address is.

  • A pop-up appears to search for another address.

  • If the postcode has more than 50 results.

⚠️Important: The workaround in the meantime is to reduce the number of items returned by your address search, by specifying house number or street name, Etc.'
