The current issue happens to users when they are logging into Synergy and going through the following steps:
Select Admissions.
Click into the child record.
Double-click on where the address is.
A pop-up appears to search for another address.
If the postcode has more than 50 results.
β οΈImportant: The workaround in the meantime is to reduce the number of items returned by your address search, by specifying house number or street name, Etc.'
