Error: 'Too many records'

In this article, we explain what to do if you're receiving a Too many records error on your address search.

If you're receiving an error when you're searching addresses, it means you have more results than you're allowing to display.

You can increase the limit following these simple steps.

  1. Open Synergy Client, then click Options.

  2. Expand Common, then click Address.

  3. Against the Maximum NLPG Records option, increase the value.

  4. Click Save.

You'll now be able to view more results in your search.
