You can use Professional Contributions to request advice from professionals during EHCP creation and other education support processes. Before you can send advice requests, you need to configure two types of templates and ensure the correct permissions are in place.
To complete this setup, you need Administrator permissions in Synergy Case Management Client.

Advice Collation Forms are the forms that professionals complete to provide their advice.

Build the form using step panels to create the wizard interface.
Add the fields you want professionals to complete.
If you want professionals to upload documents, select Include Supporting Documents (wizard).
