Switch to Synergy Web Admissions process

In this article, we explain how to switch from the Parent Portal/Enrol to the Admissions application process in Synergy Web.

โš ๏ธImportant: Ensure that the license has been turned on.

Once the license has been switched on for you, please follow the steps below-

  1. Go to Synergy Web Admin, under Websites.

  2. Expand your website name.

  3. Expand Settings and select Module Settings, and enable the Admissions widget by selecting Enabled in the Admissions Application section.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: This will immediately disable the old Parent Portal; it isn't possible to run both systems at the same time. If you currently use Parent Portal for EY or FSM applications, these will also be disabled, and you will need to use the EY and FSM application widgets in Synergy Web instead.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Once you have switched to Admissions in Synergy Web, you will not be able to send offer emails via Parent Portal Admin; offer emails must be sent using Document Batch Management.
