โš ๏ธImportant: Our support team will only run scripts in specific circumstances.

  • When an update is absolutely necessary and can't be done in any of the Synergy modules.

  • When data has been damaged as a result of a bug/error.

  • When data can't be corrected manually due to a bug/error.

  • When a script is needed as a fix/workaround to a bug/error.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If you have had a script supplied by us previously and want to run it again, please raise a new case so we can double-check that the script you have is still the most up-to-date version and is still safe and relevant to run.

If you need a script for one of the above reasons, please raise a new case online and describe your issue.

โš ๏ธImportant: If you need a script for something which can be done in a Synergy module but would be time-consuming, or to fix something which was done by user error, for example, scripting back in accidentally deleted data, this can be done, but would be a chargeable service. Please contact your account manager for further information.

โš ๏ธWarning: You should not be writing your scripts or running scripts on your database without explicit permission from the Synergy team. Doing so is a breach of the service level agreement, and you may be charged for any support needed if issues arise after running a script.
