If you're missing a registration form on your page, it's likely due to a missing setting.
To get started, follow these steps.
Open Case Management Web, then click Family Centres.
Click Registration information, then under online registration, select the checkbox.
Select the form from the dropdown list, then click Save.
Now back on your Synergy Web Admin page, you should see the action is Family Centre Registration and displays on the page.
