Case Management: Forms completion and authorisation

The information below will help explain how your system administrator can configure forms to require completion, or completion and authorisation.

  1. To complete an open form, from the Actions drop-down menu, click Complete.
    If the form is set up to require completion only, the form is locked, and your digital signature is applied.
    If the form is set up to require completion and authorization, the form remains unlocked until a manager authorises it.​

  2. Click Yes.​

  3. If the form is configured with next steps, complete the additional tasks.​

  4. If the form requires authorization, select the preferred authoriser and then click Yes.

πŸ“ŒNote: System Administrators can prevent you from creating a form if an open form already exists against a child or pre-configured to display a warning message, whilst allowing you to add the form.
