See below for information which contains all you will need on where to apply your username and password. Retrieve Username and Password from your Securesend email.
Load the Synergy Client Portal.
Carefully type in your Username and Password into the fields on the Synergy Client Portal, and click Login.
The following phrase appears under the password field box: ‘Your password has expired, click here to change’. Click the word here, and a new screen will load up.
This new screen has four fields in which to type:
Field 1: Username = Type in the same Username as you did before.
Field 2: Current Password = Type in the temporary password, as you did before.
Field 3: New Password = Type in a password of your choice [See criteria below].
Field 4: Confirm Password = Type in the same password as Field 3
Once you have entered all the details into the four field boxes and clicked confirm, the screen will flash, all four field boxes will clear, and you will see one of the following messages appear in red letters at the bottom of the screen:
Your Password has been changed successfully = You have successfully changed your password.
The username or password has been entered incorrectly = Details in Field 1 and/or Field 2 need correcting.
The password does not meet the criteria = Details in Fields 3 and 4 do not meet the Password Criteria.
You will not be able to continue with this process until you receive the Password has been changed message.
Once you get this message, click Ok. This will then take you back to the primary sign-in screen, where you will then need to type in your Username and now, your newly created password.
New Password criteria
When creating a new password, it must contain the following:
⚠️Important: When creating a new password, it must contain the following password requirements of 14 characters in length, A capital letter, a number and a unique character (@ ! ? % £ etc).
⚠️Nothing related to your name/email,/Username.
