Below are some steps to help resolve the issue with the Invalid File Structure.
Go to System Manager, and click Options.
Click EDEM, click Environment Setup, and check what is set as Import File Directory.
Go to this relevant folder in Windows File Explorer.
A file called Details of last invalid XML error.txt. This will tell you what within the file EDEM found to be invalid
⚠️Important: You will need to pass this information back to the supplier of the file.
