Error: 'The record is locked by {1}'

You may see this lock error if another user still has the records held by them. If they're logged off, you may need to clear the locks.

To get started, follow these simple steps.

⚠️ Warning: Ensure the user locking the files is logged off before you start.

  1. Open Security Manager, then click Sessions.

  2. Click the user who's locking the records, then click Clear Locks.
