A record lock automatically clears after 30 minutes, however an administrator with access to Security Manager can clear this manually.
To get started, follow these simple steps.
📌 Note: A user may show more than one session.
Click System Manager, then click Sessions.
Type the username into the search bar, then click the relevant session.
Click the X button next to the locked row, or click Clear Locks.
Click Save.
