Reset or undo auto-allocation

You can reset an auto-allocation so that you can reprocess it.

To get started, follow these simple steps.

⚠️ Warning: Once you reset an auto-allocation, it can't be undone.

  1. Click the main menu, then click Batch Update Procedures.

  2. Click Auto Allocation History/Undo.

  3. On the Round list, select the round you need to undo.

  4. Click Display History Details, then select the most recent auto-allocation.

  5. Double-click the auto-allocation, then click Reset.

  6. Click Yes, then when the process completes, click OK.

  7. Continue through the Auto Allocation History list till you've reset to the correct point in time.
