We know how important communication is to our customers, particularly during outages or critical issues. That’s why you can use the status dashboard to monitor your product status in real time.

To gain access, please raise a new case online with support, and they'll provide the URL.

You can use the status dashboard to:

  • Register for alerts whenever there’s a new incident or update, like major outages. Here’s how to set that up.

  • Get notified about planned maintenance and scheduled updates.

  • View all current and past events in one central place.

  • Stay updated as we share root cause and prevention details.

To get started:

1- Raise a new case online with support and they'll provide the URL.
2 -Then set your time zone in the top-right corner of the screen:

  • The dashboard shows you a rolling 7-day view of product performance. You’ll see different statuses depending on any live incidents or maintenance events, as well as anything that happened in the last week.

3- The Service History section gives you detailed insights and lets you view all products within a group:

4- Or you can choose to see only the products that aren’t working as expected:

5- The dashboard also gives you a calendar view by product, showing different statuses based on any incidents or maintenance that are live or took place during the selected period.

    • The statuses include:

      • Service is operating normally.

      • Performance issues.

      • Service disruption.

6- To see more details, just click on the event.
7- You’ll find any planned maintenance events listed at the top of the dashboard.
