Our customers value clear communication, especially during high-impact incidents or product downtime. You can monitor your products by checking the status dashboard. Ensure you’re registered for alerts to receive notifications about new events and updates, including high-priority incidents.
To gain access, please raise a new case with support, and they'll provide the URL.
To subscribe to status alerts:
Open your browser and click the URL Support provided.
Click Subscribe in the top-right corner of the page.
Click Email, and enter your email address.
Read and accept the Terms & Services.
Click Next.
Under Customisations, choose either All Services or Selected Services, depending on what you prefer.
If you pick Selected Services, you can either:
Select all services within a group, or
Choose only the ones most relevant to you.
Choose whether you’d like to receive:
Only the minimum number of notifications (usually just the first and last), or
All updates (just leave it blank to get everything).
Click Save.
You're now successfully subscribed!
To unsubscribe from status alerts:
Go to the URL Support provided.
Click Subscribe in the top-right corner of the page.
Click Forgot your link?
Click Email, then enter your email address.
Click Resend.
In the email you receive:
Click Unsubscribe from these alerts.
Click Email to confirm.
You're now successfully unsubscribed.
