If you've not seen your download overnight, there's a couple of things to check.

Check with Ofsted

The first thing to do is check with Ofsted that they've not had any issues. Contact your Ofsted team to discuss.

Restart the workflow service

If you've checked with Ofsted that everything's okay, you may need to restart the workflow service.

Hosted customers

If you're hosted with us, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Ensure to include any errors you may have seen with the download.

Self hosted customers

If you host your own environment, you can restart the service. Check with your IT team if you're unsure on what to do.

πŸ“Œ Note: Your service may have a slightly different name if you have live and test versions of your environment.

  1. Log in to your application server, then click the start button.

  2. Click Services, then click Synergy Workflow Service.

  3. Right-click the service, then click Stop.

  4. Wait five sections, then click the service.

  5. Click Start.

Repeat these steps for the Orchestra Hub service too.
