See below for information on how to check the data from Ofsted.

  1. Go to FIS, then Admin.

  2. Select Import/Export, then select OFSTED Import, and go to OFSTED Imported Record Check.

  3. Check the Import Date column. This should be today's date. If this isn't today's date, you aren't receiving updates from Ofsted; see this article about Ofsted feeds for further information.

  4. Go to the Registration record, and select the Ofsted Imp tab.

  5. The data here comes from Ofsted. If any field has a pencil icon next to it, this means your local copy of the data doesn't match Ofsted's data.

  6. If the data in the Ofsted Imp tab is correct and doesn't match your local data, use the Update button to match your data to Ofsted's.

  7. If the data in the Ofsted Imp tab is incorrect, you will need to contact Ofsted and ask them to update their copy of the record.
